The Nefful logo is Company’s most important asset and trademark. All direct sales members are not authorizes by Company to produce or ask others to produce products, flyers or any others items and materials with “Nefful Singapore” name, logo and trademark.
Intellectual Property Rights
Photographs of NEFFUL SINGAPORE products are the company’s assets. DM, flyers, and NEFFUL SINGAPORE website pictures are under the rights of Intellectual Property. All copyrights belongs to NEFFUL SINGAPORE!
Direct Sales members must purchase DM, flyers, catalogue, posters and others items through NEFFUL SINGAPORE HOLDINGS PTE LTD.. To copy or print out pictures from NEFFUL SINGAPORE website is strictly prohibited.

Nefful Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind in respect of its products. In particular, Nefful products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and no warranty or representation is made with regard to its ability to do so. In no event shall Nefful Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. or any of its officers, agents or representatives be liable for any damages related to the products sold.
Members who promote Nefful products are prohibited from representing, either expressly or impliedly, that the products have any medicinal properties . Nefful Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member that does not abide by this rule.
