The World Health Organization (WHO) has set 7 April as “World Health Day” to draw attention to health topics of concern to people around the world. It is especially crucial to obtain accurate information and right knowledge on health-related concerns in this post-pandemic world. Good health is an important enabler of positive family and community life. It enables people to participate in, and contribute to, society in different ways from providing overall support to family, to engaging with communities leading to economic prosperity.
To maintain a healthy lifestyle, we should improve our perception of health management, get proper understanding of the nutritional values of health supplements and the food we consume as well as develop healthy habits. By doing so, we will seek to have a healthier body and live a quality life, minimizing unnecessary medical expenses, social costs bills and building a prosperous and flourishing society for the sustainability of the nation!
